Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Once we have dispatched your goods (or if you have collected them), you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of delivery (or collection) without giving a reason, as long as they are with their original packaging unused and undamaged. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us (there will be a 25% restocking charge). We will make all refunds to the credit card or debit card used to place your order and we will pay you within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
Please note, there is no charge for faulty items that are returned, and you cannot return bespoke or made-to-measure items unless they are faulty.
